Where did God come from? God did not come from somewhere, God has always been. God made everything else. Everything, including the Universe, has a start point; except God. The One true God is three persons, one being. What we see on Earth is one person per being. God, the Father is fully God, God, the Son is fully God, and God, the Holy Spirit is fully God. We know this because that is the way God reveals Himself in scripture. God is one, and He is not like His creation in this way. We might find this hard to comprehend, however, we must not reject what God’s word says. When Jesus says He is going to the Father and sending the Holy Spirit, God is living His life in His people. When the Holy Spirit comes and lives in His believers, God Almighty lives in us. The Author of all things lives in those who follow Jesus Christ. We do not have to be afraid or intimated because God lives in His followers. We need to know that the One we are following is not just close to God, He is God, and He has come to fill all His followers. Our lives need to be yielded to and commanded by God. We are to walk in the Spirit and we will not succumb to the flesh.
