People are important and they matter to God. We all deserve to go to Hell, however, God has chosen to save some of us. Since He has not told us whom He is planning to save, we should be diligent in our work to spread the Gospel. Paul did a great deal to elevate women just as Christ has done. If we are in Christ, we are one family in Him. Brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ. In this passage, attention, affirmation, and affection are exemplified. Unity is also vital in this chapter. Because of the importance of unity in the body of Christ, we must distance ourselves from people who cause division and speak against Christ’s teaching. We must be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil. Part of understanding the culture is not about learning all the things that are evil in the world. We must have the ability to blush. We must be careful of what we say and what we listen to. The gospel is all about proclaiming Jesus Christ. Before Jesus, little by little, things were being revealed about God. Now, since Jesus came to the earth, all has been revealed. We must believe and obey because we cannot really believe without obedience. God is the only God and His glory is forever through Jesus Christ. Our salvation is in Christ, not separate from Him.
